Plagiarism Policy
MALINTA: Jurnal Teknik Informatika dan Sistem Informasi is committed to upholding academic integrity and strictly prohibits all forms of plagiarism.

All submitted manuscripts will be checked for similarity using plagiarism detection software before being forwarded to the review process.

The acceptable similarity index is generally below 20%, excluding references, quotations, and commonly used terms.

Any manuscript with a high level of similarity or suspected plagiarism will be returned to the author for revision or rejected outright.

Plagiarism includes, but is not limited to: copying text, ideas, images, or data from other sources without proper citation; self-plagiarism (republishing one’s own previously published work without disclosure); and paraphrasing too closely from another work without acknowledgment.

Authors are fully responsible for the originality of their manuscripts. If plagiarism is detected after publication, the editorial board reserves the right to retract or withdraw the article from the journal.
